This article is an introduction to the Client Image Export History dashboard.
Content / Solution:
Click on the Compute button and select Client Image Export History drop-down menu:
The system will display your Exports History:
The Client Image Export History Dashboard displays a list of Client Image exports that have occurred in your account in the past.
- In the first column, a green check mark indicates that an export was completed successfully
- A failed export will be noted by the presence of a red X mark
- Name column - Displays the name of the Image that was exported
- Data Center column - Displays the Data Center where the Image was exported to
- Files column - Displays which files are included with the export (typically .mf, .ovf, and .vmdk)
- Expires On column - Displays the date on which the Client Image expires. An expired Image cannot be imported as a client image or exported to another region

Hovering your mouse over the OS icon in the Name column will display a popup menu with further information about the Server:
Note: This information may vary.
- Description - the optional description that is entered when exporting the Image
- Operating System - The Operating System of the Image
- CPU - How many CPU are allotted to the Image
- Memory - How much Memory is allotted to the image
- Cluster - Identifies which cluster the Image is housed on if User-Manageable Clusters are enabled for the Data Center. See Introduction to User-Manageable Clusters
- Total Disk count/Total Storage -
- Total Disk count - Number of (storage) disks allotted to the Image
- Total Storage - Total amount of storage (in GB) allotted to the Image, in the aggregate
- OS Customization Type - Displays whether the Image is a Guest OS Customization Image or not - For more information, see Introduction to Cloud Server Provisioning, OS Customization, and Best Practices
- VM Tools - If VM Tools are installed, the type will be displayed here
- NIC Key/Adapter -
- Key - Identifies the order in which the NICs are seen by the Guest OS
- Adapter - These adapters define how the NIC will appear to the Guest Operating System. For more details on Network Adapters, see What Operating Systems are Currently Supported on CloudControl?
- SCSI Controller/Key/Adapter - Identifies information about SCSI Controllers.
- IDE Controller/Key/Adapter - Identifies information about IDE Controllers, if present
- SATA Controller/Key/Adapter - Identifies information about SATA Controllers, if present
- Floppy Drive Number/Key - Identifies information about Floppy Controllers, if present
