Instructions for resetting your Cloud login password for the Administrative UI.

Prerequisites:

  1. This checklist assumes you know the Username for which you want to reset the password. If you do not remember your Username, you will need to contact either your Primary Administrator or Support.
  2. This checklist assumes you can receive email at the email address associated with the Username for which you want to reset the password. If you cannot receive email at that address, you will need to contact Support.

Content / Solution:

  1. Navigate to the Admin UI and click on the Forgot Password link:


  2. The Reset Password dialog will be displayed: 


  3. Enter your User Name in the box and click Continue

    Important Note: Enter the Username, NOT your email address!

  4. The system will generate a Password Reset email and send it to the Email address associated with the Username:


  5. When the email arrives, follow the URL (by clicking on it or pasting it into your browser's address bar). You will be directed to the Reset your Password dialog:

    Note:  Your password must meet the complexity requirements:
    • Minimum length of 8 characters
    • Maximum length of 75 characters
    • Must contain at least one uppercase letter
    • Must contain at least one lowercase letter
    • Must contain at least one number
    • Must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character. 
      • Acceptable non-alphanumeric characters are: -+!=#_.*&?$@^%(){}[] <>:;"
    • Password cannot begin or end with a space.

  6. Enter the new password and then enter it again to confirm, then click Submit:


  7. The password will be updated. Click the login link to log into the UI using the newly set password:
