This article describes how a Sub-Administrator can edit the Phone Number that is being used for Two Factor SMS Authentication for their username.

If the Primary Administrator for an Organization wants to edit the phone number for their own account, or for a Sub-Administrator, please see How to Manage the Primary Administrator User and other Sub-Administrators as the Primary Administrator


  1. Sub-Administrator has an account and is able to login to the Cloud UI to update their information.

Content / Solution:

  1. Click on the Compute menu and select Account Management from the drop-down menu:

  2. The Account Management dashboard will be displayed:


  3. Click on the Edit User button on the left-hand side of the screen:

  4. The Edit User dialog will be displayed. Enter the updated phone number in the appropriate section of the dialog, then click Save:

  5. The system will apply the change and the update will be reflected in the UI:
